You will take a 1 hour ride on the Southern Highway to the Village of Placencia where a boat will pick you up for a ride through the lagoon and out to sea and to the mouth of the Monkey River.

You will travel south by boat along the mangroves and up the Monkey River with a Monkey River resident and Licensed Tour Guide leading the walk.
